Shipping policy

We currently only ship orders within the United States. We do not offer or ship orders internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our processing time for our artisanal soaps is currently 7-8 business days. Our processing time for our soy wax melt is currently 12-14 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will ship your order. Due to the nature of our products, no return or exchanges are allowed. All sales and purchases are final.

Once your package has been handed over to your chosen carrier and left our facility, control over its transit unfortunately is no longer within our reach. If a package is lost during shipment, the most effective step is to contact the carrier directly for a resolution. We understand how important your order is, and while we cannot intervene in the carrier’s process, we are here to support you every step of the way.
